DroGnostics is provided by DroMetrics LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“DroMetrics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Diagnostic and AI Disclaimer applies to all use of DroGnostics, including DroGnostics Core, DroGnostics Pro, AI Scan, AI Assist, AI Report, diagnostic-support features, automated calculations, equipment-data extraction, suggested next checks, generated summaries, and service reports.

By accessing or using DroGnostics, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer, the DroGnostics Terms of Service, and the DroGnostics Privacy Policy.

1. DIAGNOSTIC-SUPPORT TOOL ONLY

DroGnostics is a workflow, informational, diagnostic-support, and documentation tool intended to assist qualified HVAC service personnel.

DroGnostics does not independently inspect equipment, observe actual field conditions, operate test instruments, verify measurements, confirm equipment configuration, or determine whether a worksite is safe.

DroGnostics does not replace:

qualified technician judgment;

physical inspection;

field testing;

properly selected and calibrated instruments;

manufacturer instructions;

equipment manuals;

service bulletins;

engineering analysis;

applicable codes and standards;

licensing requirements;

refrigerant-handling requirements;

electrical-safety procedures;

lockout/tagout procedures;

personal protective equipment;

employer policies;

workplace supervision; or

consultation with an appropriately qualified specialist.

DroGnostics must be used only as one source of information within a complete professional diagnostic process.

2. QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN REQUIRED

DroGnostics is intended for use by, or under the supervision of, persons who possess the training, experience, licensing, certification, and authorization required for the equipment and work involved.

Use of DroGnostics does not:

qualify or certify a person as an HVAC technician;

grant a trade license;

authorize refrigerant handling;

authorize electrical work;

establish engineering competence;

replace employer-provided training;

replace supervision;

authorize work outside a user’s qualifications; or

make DroMetrics responsible for the user’s professional conduct.

The subscribing company, servicing contractor, employer, technician, and account holder remain responsible for determining whether each user is properly qualified and authorized.

3. AI-GENERATED AND AUTOMATED CONTENT

DroGnostics may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, optical recognition, automated rules, calculations, or third-party technology services.

Automated content may include:

suggested equipment information;

extracted nameplate values;

possible causes;

diagnostic observations;

missing-data alerts;

suggested tests;

suggested next checks;

safety reminders;

repair-note drafts;

technician-summary drafts;

customer-facing explanations;

recommendations;

report language; and

4. REQUIRED HUMAN REVIEW

All DroGnostics results must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified technician before they are:

relied upon;

used to diagnose equipment;

used to select a test or procedure;

used to perform a repair;

communicated to a customer;

incorporated into a work authorization;

used to order parts;

entered into a permanent service record;

included in a final report; or

used to return equipment to service.

The user must confirm that the output is consistent with:

actual field observations;

verified measurements;

the exact equipment model;

the equipment configuration;

manufacturer documentation;

applicable codes;

safety requirements;

site conditions;

technician experience; and

the scope of authorized work.

No AI or automated output should be accepted merely because it appears complete, professional, detailed, or confident.

5. USER-ENTERED INFORMATION

DroGnostics relies substantially on information entered, selected, uploaded, scanned, or confirmed by users.

The accuracy of any result depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information.

Users are responsible for verifying:

manufacturer;

model number;

serial number;

equipment type;

refrigerant type;

voltage;

phase;

frequency;

amperage;

minimum circuit ampacity;

maximum overcurrent protection;

motor data;

temperatures;

pressures;

electrical measurements;

airflow;

fluid flow;

control status;

operating mode;

fault codes;

alarm conditions;

units of measurement;

test-point location;

instrument settings; and

all other entered or extracted information.

Incorrect units, transposed numbers, incomplete readings, wrong equipment selection, inaccurate photographs, or incorrect technician assumptions may produce incorrect or unsafe output.

DroMetrics is not responsible for results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or improperly entered information.

6. AI SCAN AND EQUIPMENT-DATA EXTRACTION

AI Scan or similar image-processing features may attempt to identify information visible on equipment nameplates, labels, displays, or photographs.

Extracted information may be incorrect because of:

poor image quality;

glare;

shadows;

damaged labels;

obstructed text;

unusual fonts;

partial photographs;

faded information;

similar characters;

unit confusion;

incorrect image orientation;

model variation; or

limitations of automated recognition.

Users must compare every suggested value directly against the actual equipment nameplate, label, display, or manufacturer documentation.

AI Scan does not certify that:

the equipment has been correctly identified;

the nameplate is original;

the equipment matches the nameplate;

components have not been replaced or modified;

the equipment is installed correctly;

the electrical supply is correct;

the refrigerant charge is correct; or

the equipment is safe to operate.

No extracted value should be used until reviewed and confirmed by the technician.

7. AI ASSIST AND DIAGNOSTIC SUGGESTIONS

AI Assist and related diagnostic-support features may evaluate entered information and suggest:

possible causes;

likely issues;

missing measurements;

additional observations;

safety considerations;

suggested tests; or

possible next actions.

These suggestions are not confirmed diagnoses.

AI Assist may fail to identify:

the actual cause of a failure;

multiple simultaneous faults;

intermittent conditions;

installation defects;

unsafe wiring;

altered equipment;

bypassed safeties;

hidden damage;

combustion hazards;

refrigerant leaks;

environmental hazards;

code violations;

control-sequence issues;

manufacturer-specific conditions; or

other important circumstances.

The absence of a warning does not mean a condition is safe.

The inclusion of a suggestion does not mean the procedure is safe, necessary, authorized, or appropriate.

The technician must determine which tests and procedures are appropriate based on actual conditions, manufacturer requirements, professional judgment, and applicable law.

8. AI REPORT AND GENERATED DOCUMENTATION

AI Report and related documentation features may organize or draft information entered or confirmed by users.

Generated reports may include:

equipment information;

technician-entered findings;

automated observations;

AI-generated language;

customer-facing summaries;

repair descriptions;

recommendations;

service history;

signatures; and

acknowledgments.

The technician and subscribing company must review the entire report before it is finalized, signed, downloaded, shared, delivered to a customer, relied upon, or stored as an official business record.

The technician and subscribing company are responsible for correcting:

inaccurate equipment information;

inaccurate measurements;

unsupported conclusions;

inappropriate recommendations;

incomplete disclosures;

incorrect repair descriptions;

misleading customer-facing language;

improper pricing references;

incorrect warranty statements;

inaccurate dates;

incorrect customer information; and

any other error or omission.

A professional-looking report is not evidence that the report is accurate.

DroMetrics does not approve, certify, authenticate, or independently verify any generated report.

9. SAFETY-CRITICAL CONDITIONS

DroGnostics must not be relied upon as the sole source of guidance where an error may result in:

death;

personal injury;

electrical shock;

arc flash;

fire;

explosion;

carbon-monoxide exposure;

combustion hazards;

refrigerant release;

oxygen displacement;

pressure-related injury;

rotating-equipment injury;

chemical exposure;

environmental harm;

property damage;

equipment damage; or

disruption of critical services.

The user must immediately stop work and follow established emergency, safety, escalation, and notification procedures when a hazardous or uncertain condition exists.

DroGnostics is not an emergency-response service and does not monitor the worksite.

DroMetrics cannot contact emergency services, shut down equipment, isolate energy, warn occupants, or intervene in field work.

10. LOCKOUT/TAGOUT AND ENERGY CONTROL

DroGnostics does not replace required hazardous-energy control procedures.

Before servicing or maintaining equipment, users must identify and control all applicable energy sources, which may include:

electrical;

mechanical;

pneumatic;

hydraulic;

thermal;

chemical;

pressure;

stored energy;

rotating equipment;

gravity; and

control-system commands.

Users remain responsible for complying with:

applicable lockout/tagout procedures;

employer energy-control programs;

electrical safe-work practices;

manufacturer shutdown procedures;

verification-of-isolation requirements; and

applicable laws and standards.

A control command, software override, thermostat command, disconnect indication, or displayed “off” status may not establish a safe energy-isolated condition.

DroGnostics must never be used to bypass or substitute for physical energy-isolation verification.

11. SAFETIES, INTERLOCKS, AND PROTECTIVE DEVICES

DroGnostics must not be used to recommend, authorize, or justify the bypassing, disabling, defeating, altering, or ignoring of:

high-pressure switches;

low-pressure switches;

flame safeguards;

limit controls;

overloads;

fuses;

breakers;

airflow switches;

freeze protection;

smoke controls;

fire-alarm interfaces;

refrigerant-monitoring systems;

gas detection;

ventilation interlocks;

door interlocks;

equipment safeties;

BAS alarms;

manufacturer protections; or

other safety or protective devices.

Any testing that temporarily affects a safety device must be performed only when lawful, necessary, controlled, documented, authorized, and performed by properly qualified personnel in accordance with manufacturer and employer procedures.

All protective functions must be restored and verified before equipment is returned to service.

12. MANUFACTURER INFORMATION AND OEM RESOURCES

DroGnostics may provide or link to manufacturer manuals, service literature, technical information, websites, or third-party resources.

Users must verify that any document applies to:

the exact manufacturer;

the exact model;

the serial-number range;

the installed configuration;

the current revision;

the applicable control option; and

the specific service condition.

Manufacturer materials may change or become unavailable.

DroMetrics does not guarantee that linked or referenced material is:

current;

complete;

accurate;

applicable;

authorized for redistribution; or

suitable for the specific equipment.

Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, certification, or approval unless expressly stated.

13. CODES, LICENSING, AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

DroGnostics does not determine whether proposed work complies with:

building codes;

mechanical codes;

electrical codes;

fire codes;

energy codes;

environmental requirements;

refrigerant regulations;

occupational-safety requirements;

licensing rules;

permit requirements;

inspection requirements;

manufacturer warranty conditions; or

other legal or regulatory obligations.

Requirements vary by jurisdiction, equipment, occupancy, system type, and scope of work.

The servicing contractor and technician remain solely responsible for identifying and complying with all applicable requirements.

DroGnostics output is not legal, engineering, permitting, inspection, or code-compliance advice.

14. NO ENGINEERING OR PROFESSIONAL-SERVICES RELATIONSHIP

Use of DroGnostics does not create an engineer-client, contractor-subcontractor, consultant-client, agency, fiduciary, supervisory, employment, or professional-services relationship between DroMetrics and the user, customer, property owner, equipment owner, or any other person.

DroMetrics does not become:

the contractor of record;

the servicing contractor;

the employer of the technician;

the technician’s supervisor;

the engineer of record;

the design professional;

the equipment manufacturer;

the authority having jurisdiction;

the safety officer;

the commissioning authority; or

the approving customer.

Any separate professional or field services provided by DroMetrics are governed by a separate written agreement and are not included merely because a person uses DroGnostics.

15. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

DroGnostics may assist in preparing customer-facing language, but it does not know all facts relating to:

the customer relationship;

contract terms;

warranties;

prior repairs;

equipment ownership;

pricing;

authorization limits;

insurance;

replacement decisions;

financing;

legal rights; or

customer expectations.

The subscribing company is responsible for ensuring that every customer communication is accurate, complete, professional, and consistent with its obligations.

DroMetrics is not responsible for:

promises made to customers;

repair estimates;

pricing;

warranty representations;

replacement recommendations;

work authorizations;

declined-work language;

customer disputes;

collection activity; or

statements made in a generated report.

16. SIGNATURES AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

DroGnostics may allow users to capture customer signatures or acknowledgments.

DroMetrics does not determine whether:

the signer is authorized;

the signer understands the document;

the signature is legally sufficient;

the signature authorizes work;

the signature approves pricing;

the signature waives rights;

the signature acknowledges findings; or

the signature creates an enforceable agreement.

The subscribing company is responsible for selecting appropriate signature language and determining the legal effect of the signature.

Unless the applicable language expressly states otherwise, a signature should be treated only as an acknowledgment of receipt of the identified information.

17. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

DroMetrics does not guarantee that use of DroGnostics will:

produce a correct diagnosis;

identify every fault;

identify every hazardous condition;

prevent injury;

prevent equipment damage;

eliminate callbacks;

improve repair success;

reduce service time;

reduce labor cost;

improve technician performance;

improve customer satisfaction;

generate a legally sufficient report;

satisfy warranty requirements;

satisfy insurance requirements;

satisfy code requirements; or

produce any specific financial or operational result.

Actual results depend on many factors outside DroMetrics’ control, including technician experience, input accuracy, equipment condition, instrument accuracy, worksite conditions, product availability, manufacturer information, and customer decisions.

18. THIRD-PARTY AI AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

Certain DroGnostics features may depend on third-party AI, cloud, image-processing, data-storage, or technology providers.

Current providers may include:

OpenAI;

DroMetrics hosting provider; and

Stripe.

Third-party services may:

experience outages;

change their models;

change their output;

retain data under their applicable terms;

produce different responses to similar inputs;

impose usage limitations; or

discontinue features.

DroMetrics does not control every aspect of third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or continued operation.

19. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using DroGnostics, you acknowledge that you and the subscribing company remain responsible for:

determining technician qualifications;

ensuring proper supervision;

providing safety training;

following manufacturer requirements;

selecting appropriate instruments;

verifying instrument accuracy;

obtaining necessary permits;

complying with codes;

complying with licensing requirements;

controlling hazardous energy;

performing safe tests;

confirming diagnoses;

selecting repairs;

obtaining customer authorization;

reviewing reports;

maintaining service records;

communicating with customers;

returning equipment to service; and

determining when escalation is required.

You assume the risks associated with the professional use of diagnostic information and field-service decisions.

20. PROHIBITED RELIANCE AND USE

You must not:

rely solely on DroGnostics for a safety-critical decision;

represent AI output as a guaranteed or certified diagnosis;

represent DroMetrics as having inspected the equipment;

represent DroMetrics as having approved the repair;

use output without reviewing it;

enter fabricated readings;

create false service records;

falsify customer signatures;

use DroGnostics to bypass safety controls;

perform work beyond your qualifications;

ignore manufacturer instructions;

ignore contradictory field evidence;

conceal unsafe conditions; or

use DroGnostics in violation of law.

DroMetrics may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes DroGnostics is being used unlawfully, deceptively, unsafely, or contrary to the Terms of Service.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROGNOSTICS, ITS DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES, AI FEATURES, AUTOMATED CONTENT, GENERATED REPORTS, SUGGESTIONS, CALCULATIONS, LINKS, AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

DROPMETRICS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

MERCHANTABILITY;

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

TITLE;

NON-INFRINGEMENT;

ACCURACY;

COMPLETENESS;

RELIABILITY;

AVAILABILITY;

SAFETY;

PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTABILITY;

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE; AND

ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

DROPMETRICS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTPUT IS CORRECT, COMPLETE, SAFE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR THE PARTICULAR EQUIPMENT OR CONDITION.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The limitations of liability contained in the DroGnostics Terms of Service apply to all use of diagnostic, automated, and AI-assisted features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroMetrics is not responsible for claims or losses arising from:

reliance on AI output;

inaccurate diagnostic suggestions;

incorrect extracted data;

incorrect user input;

incomplete measurements;

unsafe work practices;

failure to follow manufacturer procedures;

failure to comply with codes;

injury;

death;

equipment damage;

property damage;

refrigerant release;

environmental harm;

customer disputes;

callbacks;

rework;

lost revenue;

business interruption;

report errors; or

unauthorized signatures.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

23. CONFLICT WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS

This Disclaimer should be read together with:

the DroGnostics Terms of Service;

the DroGnostics Privacy Policy;

applicable subscription disclosures;

applicable order forms; and

any product-specific notices.

If this Disclaimer conflicts with a signed written agreement between DroMetrics and a subscribing company, the signed agreement controls only to the extent it expressly addresses the conflicting subject.

24. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

DroMetrics may update this Disclaimer to reflect:

product changes;

new AI features;

new diagnostic features;

changes in third-party providers;

legal developments;

safety requirements; or

operational practices.

The revised Disclaimer will display an updated “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may be communicated through email, an account notice, an in-product notice, or another reasonable method.

By using DroGnostics, the user acknowledges that:

DroGnostics is a diagnostic-support and documentation tool;

DroGnostics does not replace qualified technician judgment;

AI-generated and automated content may be incomplete or inaccurate;

all extracted information, suggestions, findings, and reports must be independently reviewed and verified;

the user remains responsible for safety, diagnosis, testing, repair, compliance, customer communication, and service outcomes;

the user must follow manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, licensing requirements, and proper safety procedures; and

DroMetrics does not inspect the equipment, supervise the technician, approve the diagnosis, or authorize the work.
